Every year, there are two television networks that hosts a 24 hours tv telethon to promote charity. They hold a theme every year to raise money and awareness.
The group, Arashi was this year's main personality for one of the 24 Hours TV, and this year, the show's theme was, "Future".
As there were many natural disasters the past years, the show focused on facing today's reality to take a step to the future.
They covered topics such as those people that are affected by the tsunami, those parents that lost their child to a disease without a cure, those children that lost their parent at a young age, those that are abused when they were a child, those that are simply trying to go on with their lives and hopes that someday they're lives would somehow be near to normal after a life changing incident.
Imagine how those people felt so helpless and hopeless? Losing their child in front of their eyes, not knowing what to do next with their lives. Those people not even recognizing the feelings that rushes inside their minds and hearts and how to assimilate them. Some people are now the people that they are because of an incident that they cannot and would not leave them, and will be at the back of their minds forever. I was moved by every story and couldn't help see and relate it with my own life. You see, I easily get hit by paranoia. I am the kind of person that some may say is exaggeratedly careful. So imagining what if I have some kind of a disease, or what if my daughter gets into an accident, or what if my husband dies before me, etc., is nothing really new. But this show made me think somehow a bit differently, I learned something about my self that I myself did not knew, and it made me think a little bit more positively...
No, I won't get into details because I find it too embarrassing.
So I'm just sharing a message that my (now? I also like Sho.) favorite Arashi member, Ninomiya Kazunari said:
"When today becomes tomorrow, that's the future. It may be the future in 10 or 20 years, but tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are the future too. That's why I live with all my might today. Because I don't want to regret doing my very best today, even if a tomorrow I didn't wish comes. Our FUTURE is definitely TODAY. With that in mind, I do my best to live today."

Honestly, I was excited to see the show just because Arashi is hosting it, and I get to see their talks and performances. Well who wouldn't with their attractive personalities and cute faces? Haha. No wonder they are the top selling male group now in Japan.
But it turned out, the message it brought was a perfect timing for my current self. :)
Okay!
Now back to my fan girl mode, here are some Arashi photos I took! Hihi ;p
