almost spring!

Hey Hey Hey!
It's been a while since I posted. Well, I blame my moody self for that. :P

As for this post, I just thought I need to update so I was thinking what to write, but I couldn't think of anything interesting.. So I thought I'd just post a recent photo of myself.

Yeah, that's me posing because I liked my no heat curled hair which I tried for the first time. I also had a hair cut and new highlights at the nape area a few days before that was taken although it isn't very obvious on this photo. ;P

Spring time makes me in a good mood so I'm hoping I would post a bit more! Especially outfit posts! ;)

Oh, and March is my birth month! Whoot! ;P

Sharing a story today

I had a friend who was asked by her mother to hide in a friend's place so they could tell her father that she was kidnapped and ask for money.

My friend was too scared of her mother when she is mad because she becomes violent, so my friend just said yes and did what she was told even when she did not want to, hoping it would just turn out like nothing happened.

After a few days, the lie was discovered, and the FBI came to her friend's house including her mother and they were escorted to the police headquarters for an interview.

During the interview, my friend said the truth but was treated like a liar because her mother said it was all her idea to get attention from her father. The mother lied in front of her daughter so she would not be sent to jail.

The only thing that saved her sanity that day came from a lady fbi who asked her and told my friend secretly before they were asked to go home that she knows it was not really her idea but her mother's..

But still, my friend was too hurt and betrayed, she lost the feeling of attachment to her mother from then on..

too sad of a story after not posting for a while? am I being a downer? well, life has it's ups and downs, it would be so unreal if everything we post only those that are happy. so expect some sad posts on this blog too as i have said on my blog profile, this blog is about my lifestyle so I will post almost anything about my life. bow.

Kakai's 2nd Birthday Party

It was my one and only daughter's 2nd birthday last December 3, 2011 so we celebrated it and had a small party at home that sunday.

Yours truly decorated the whole room for her birthday! I've been preparing for this for months! Haha.

As you can see, it was a strawberry themed party, so I decorated the house and matched the dishes and cutleries. ;)

All the food was also with strawberries - chiken strawberry salad, strawberry cream pasta, pork strawberry bbq sandwich, and strawberry desserts!

That's my daughter with her strawberry birthday cake.

Over all, it was ok, very tiring but I'm glad I think the daughter enjoyed her party. :)

Yep people. You wear a knit beret hat like this nowadays and not like a usual knit cap. I learned that from the hat store beside our shop. :P

after more than half a year

So, yeah, yours truly had a haircut! It isn't really much of a change, just had the ends and bangs chopped. 

What excites me is my new hair color! It isn't really that obvious in pictures, but I dyed my hair beige. I actually did it myself (I used Prettia Bubble Dye in Creamy Beige), then had my stylist add brown highlights. :)

Can you see the brown highlights? Hehe. :P
