Want to try something new to do with your left over rice?
Here it is!
You'll need: diced onions, chicken ham, cheese, parmesan cheese, left over rice, tomato, butter,
3 tbs olive oil, salt, french dressing, and dried parsley.
1. Saute onions in butter and add salt to taste.
2. Scoop the seeds/pulp of tomato and dice.
3. Mix sauteed onions, diced tomato pulp, and other ingredients except for butter, french dressing and parsley.
4. Put the rice mix into the tomato cup, sprinkle parmesan cheese, parsley, then drizzle french dressing.
I thought using tomatoes as cups would be better for presentation but you could use small ones and just cut them into large cubes, top it to the rice salad and it would still look yummy. :)
