Every month, I have this what everyone calls as "PMS".
And as everyone knows, it is short for Pre Menstrual Syndrome.
: A varied group of physical and psychological symptoms, including abdominal bloating, breast tenderness, headache, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, and depression, that occur from 2 to 7 days before the onset of menstruation and cease shortly after menses begins.I think most people feel this syndrome when their period is about a week near.
But in my case, whenever I feel easily irritated, restless and stressed followed by being depressed, I check my menstrual calendar, and then I see this.
Yes. Every month. 12 days. Like today.
So whenever I rant here on my blog/etc about something, just think that maybe I am PMSing. Haha!
Good news is, after my PMSing days comes my so called "inspired days".
Those are the days that I see enlightening messages everywhere and I am unusually friendly. ;p
