Today, I am sharing my Omerice Recipe!
Ingredients: rice, chicken breasts cut into cubes, onions, seasoning sauce (konbu tsuyu),
tomato catsup, butter, eggs, cheese and salt.
Steps: Saute onion and chicken on a heated pan in cooking oil.
Add about 3 tbsp of seasoning sauce.
(try a normal soy sauce plus broth powder if you don't have one)
Add rice and catsup when the onions and chicken are cooked.
Mix well and add salt to taste.
: Beat the eggs and sprinkle salt to taste.
Spread rice on plate and top with cheese.
Melt butter on small pan.
Fry the eggs. (I prefer it to be a bit half cooked)
: Put the omelet on top of the catsup rice and decorate!
(Yep, I just top the omelet on since I find it hard to keep the eggs half cooked if I wrap the rice :p)
