Reveur Non-Silicone Shampoo Review

They say that non-silicone shampoos are good for your hair because it prevents build up that clogs the scalp.. Clean and healthy scalp, means healthy and shiny crowning glory.

I have been intrigued as there are a lot of non-silicone shampoos that are rising out on the market recently, and among all those, I decided to try the 2nd(?) cheapest one and that is Reveur.

I first tried all kinds of Reveur (there are 3) since they have a one day trial pack and used it for about a week after buying a bottle of the kind that I liked. I bought the "scalp" for shampoo because I felt that it cleanses my scalp more, and "moist and gloss" for conditioner because I loved the scent and so that my hair will be glossy and shiny.
The first 2-3 weeks was actually good. I felt that my hair is lighter and shinier, and I love the fruity flowery scent. But as time goes, I noticed that my hair looks dull, and there's too much hair fall. I have thick long hair, so hair fall is normal for me, but I was a bit surprised and scared with the amount of fallen hair that I saw.
I haven't even used half of it! :/

So I searched for some reviews about Reveur, and most of them had the same experience as me! Therefore decided to just change my shampoo again.

Before Reveur, I used Merit, Lux, and Dove (in that order). From those 3, Merit is the cheapest and I liked it the most. I expected too much from the other 2 and it was a bit of a disappointment. They're heavy and sticky in my opinion so I would most likely not use them again.
Can you believe that a bottle of Reveur costs 3 bottles of Merit or 2 bottles of Lux/Dove already?! Gaahd.

So the other day, I was looking for a shampoo that would somehow revive my hair, I bought Loreal. (That pump bottle pack contains 1 shampoo and conditioner and 1 hair pack could only buy 1 bottle of Reveur!) I've tried this brand way way back, but I think this one is a new line(?). Anyways, so far so good, but I won't expect too much now.

As for the non-silicone shampoo trend? I cannot get over the fact that I totally wasted money on this, so I might use Reveur sometimes just so it wouldn't be gone to waste. But next time, I will just buy an expensive and well trusted brand of shampoo than spend on a pricey non-silicone shampoo. I heard there are soluble silicones anyway, and just make sure to rinse the shampoo well.
I also do not put conditioner on my scalp since it apparently would cause build up. So let's make sure to put conditioner just on the middle to the ends of our precious hair. :)
