As per request by my friend Emi (see her blog here), here's my version of easy peperoncino!
All you need are water, pasta, olive oil, salt, garlic and red pepper!
Procedures are just like my Pan-a-Pasta Recipe, but we need a lot of salt for this recipe,
so add 1 tbsp of salt for 3 cups of water.
Put the garlic after throwing away some of the water to let the pasta absorb the taste of garlic.
When the pasta is already cooked, pour in the olive oil and heat the garlic and red pepper until you see bubbles, then saute with the pasta.
Make sure to heat the garlic and red pepper properly until you start to smell the scent of the garlic (i think it's called oxidize?).
Top with fried garlic slices and parmesan cheese!
